Philip Cardenas - President Term Expires 2029

Philip has lived in the Town of San Luis for the last 17 year. His family is rooted from the town of San Luis, with his Grandfather Willie Cardenas being one of the original co-founders of the San Luis Water and Sanitation District. 

He is very passionate in serving his community as the Board President and takes pride in honesty and total transparency within the District. 

Philip has served on several boards within the State of Colorado for different non-profit agencies and local government agencies including human services. 

Philip is currently a self employed Hair Stylist and in the past has owned a Salon for 10 years.
